Sugar & Salt is all about the scones. We serve many different neighborhoods and communities with our different flavors and seasonal scones…plus some other pastries we plan to roll out in the future. The secret to making a great scone is the process in which to create them. Most scones that are prepared turn out dry and brittle, when the perfect scone would ideally be similar to tea cakes and biscuits in moisture.
